I started my career in International Recruitment, then moved to the City to work for a Merchant Bank and prior to founding D&G I spent over 15 years in HR within the Aerospace sector. Over the past 20 years, I experienced an enormous amount of change as an HR specialist. I felt it was a role that could be very exciting and fulfilling but at times lonely, unforgiving and highly pressurised. My aim is to take away some of that pressure and all of the wasted time which burdens the in-house recruiter during the search, selection and employment processes. D&G has been established to be the recruitment Partner the employer can rely on now and long into the future.

In co-founding D&G, I bring in excess of 25 years experience within the commercial environment of major international aerospace companies. In addition, significant bidding, contracting and negotiating skills give me an excellent basis on which to advise clients in such areas.

As a senior manager in industry I played an instrumental part in numerous recruitment campaigns and these experiences and skills are now being applied for the benefit of D&G customers. The commercial skills learnt over the many years in aerospace are equally applicable to other businesses and sectors and therefore clients should feel comfortable that these are also transferable and relevant to any industry.
